I'm Jade Etter, a PA turned business strategist who's built three successful companies from the ground up. Starting in conventional medicine as a Gastroenterology PA, everything shifted when I was diagnosed with Ulcerative Colitis and found healing through a protocol I developed. That experience led me to build my first practice.
What I didn't expect?
Building a successful practice required an entirely different skillset. Without formal business training, I learned through real-world experience—from marketing to team building. That journey led to creating multiple successful companies and serving clients across four countries.
